Step 1 — Raise a concern
Write to trust@indianauctionhouse.com within seven days of receiving your lot. Include the lot number, sale date and photographs.
Step 2 — Specialist review
A category specialist independent of the original cataloguer will examine your evidence within five business days and issue a written finding.
Step 3 — Resolution
If the finding is in your favour, escrow is released back to you and we arrange insured return shipping at our cost.
Arbitration
Unresolved disputes are referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai.
